What counts as a no-show
Your tailor arrives in your window, waits 15 minutes, and calls and messages you twice with no answer or no way in.
How the fee is charged
Nothing is charged at booking. In New York City, the fee is charged to your saved card after the late cancel or no-show, and we send you a receipt. The amount shown at booking is the one that applies to your visit.
If we cancel or are late
If we need to cancel, we tell you as early as possible and offer the next open window first. There’s never a fee when we cancel. If your tailor will be more than 30 minutes past your window, you can cancel from your reminder at no charge.
