We collect what we need to fit, track and return your clothes, and nothing we’d be embarrassed to explain.

What we collect

WhatWhy
Name, mobile number, emailSign-in codes, order texts, receipts
Addresses and access notesVisits and deliveries; your address sets which prices apply
Measurements and fit notes (yours and anyone you add)Faster, more accurate fittings next time
Photos of your garments (pinning, quality check, delivery)Proof of condition and work; claims
QR tag scans with time and placeTracking each item from your door and back
Card brand, last 4 digits, expiryShowing which card is saved. Full card numbers are held by Stripe, never by us
Signatures and approval taps (time, phone number)Record of the quote and any changes you approved

We try to keep people out of garment photos. Delivery photos show the door or the bag, not you.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers that run parts of the service for us: payments (Stripe), text messaging, email, hosting.
  • Partner workrooms see the item, its tag, the work to do and your first name. Not your address or phone.
  • We don’t sell your personal information or share it for others’ advertising. We never share your mobile number or text opt-in with third parties for their marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records and receipts: 7 years (tax). Garment photos: 2 years after delivery. Measurements: until you delete them or close your account.

Your choices

  • See, edit or delete measurements, addresses and cards anytime in your account.
  • Ask for a copy of your data or to delete your account (we keep what the law requires, like receipts).
  • Stop marketing texts or emails anytime. Reply STOP to texts.

Children

Accounts are for adults. You may add measurements for your children; you control and can delete them.
