Jacket sleeve shortening questions
Why is shortening from the shoulder more expensive?
The sleeve has to be removed and re-set at the shoulder, which keeps working buttonholes or cuff details in place. It takes much longer.
When is my card charged?
Your card is saved when you book and charged only after your order is back with you, for the amount you approved. We never charge more than the approved quote without asking you first.
Is there sales tax on alterations in New York?
No. New York excludes tailoring and alterations to clothing from sales tax, including reasonable, separately stated alterations to new clothing.
