- Pin and price at homeYour tailor fits the pants on you at home and prices it from our posted list. You approve and sign before anything leaves.
- Tag and alterEach item gets a QR tag at your door and is altered in our workroom. A quality check with a photo comes before it is returned.
- Delivered, then chargedWe bring it back in a window you choose. Your card is charged the signed amount once the work is back with you.

Damage, claims and payment

Pants hemming questions
Should I wear my shoes for the fitting?
Yes. Have the shoes you will wear with the pants ready; the hem is pinned to them.
Can a hem be let down?
Often, if there is enough fabric folded inside. Your tailor checks the hem allowance at the fitting.
When is my card charged?
Your card is saved when you book and charged only after your order is back with you, for the amount you approved. We never charge more than the approved quote without asking you first.
Is there sales tax on alterations in New York?
No. New York excludes tailoring and alterations to clothing from sales tax, including reasonable, separately stated alterations to new clothing.
